THE EXPERIENCE

Black Barry · Jupiter Davibe

On October 2, 2025, Univers Culture marked Guinea’s Independence Day at Amazura in Queens with Black Barry and Jupiter Davibe. Promoted under the ticketing title Guinea Independence Day celebration, the original artwork identifies the format as a showcase and carries the theme New York au rythme de nos couleurs. The evening connected Guinean music with the diaspora’s independence celebrations. The showcase celebrated the connection between Guinea, its performers and the New York community.
